General requirements

A scooter renter should meet the following requirments:

Age under 18:

• the renter obtains a scooter only in the presence and with permission of one of the parent;
• the renter should be familiar with basic traffic regulations;
• be able to drive motor vehicles;
• lern traffic regulations and scooter user instructions.

Note: The parent should represent passport.

Age over 18:

• the renter should represent passport;
• submit student’s or pupil’s ID card;
• be familiar with basic traffic regulations;
• be able to drive motor vehicles;
• lern traffic regulations and scooter user instruction.
